  • View our products and add them to your shopping cart.

  • When you are finished filling your shopping cart, press the “Check Out" button and follow the directions.

  • The first time you place an order, we will ask you to fill out your account information. Click save information and it will be retained on file for future orders.

Payment Terms: Phone, fax or mail orders must be prepaid by check or credit card unless other terms have been previously approved. Prices are F.O.B. Burlington, Vermont. Mail orders must include shipping and handling. Vermont residents add 6% sales tax. 

Shipping: All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested.

 

 

Return Policy


 

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply send it back to us (you pay for shipping) and we will administer a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

 

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Any CD, VHS tape, software, book (taken out of its plastic wrap).

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet entered the shipping process? . It's easy to cancel items from an order you placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. We normally ship within 48 hours of an order. It is important to contact us within that time.

 

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.

 

Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different distribution centers, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.

 

Did you receive the wrong item?  We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you would like a refund or a replacement sent to you.
